Our dinner selections will be created by our Executive Chef eaturing the bounty of California prepared simply and presented elegantly in an intimate setting. Our gift section will include gourmet kitchen supplies, specialty foods & wines, local candies and nuts, and jewelry.

highly selective vendor selection process has prioritized our selection process
for items grown or produced in Stanislaus County, produced in the Central
Valley, produced in California, and finally grown in America.
Our menus will frequently feature one or more items made exclusively from locally grown agricultural products. Securing the freshest and finest Valley products allows our menu to focus on health conscious alternatives to standard dining fare.
Culinary Staff
Our third differentiation is our synergy with the chefs who perform our catering. In partnership with the chefs, we will feature specially selected items from our catering menu in the café for breakfasts and lunches each week. Dinners will be prepared by the Executive Chef, who will create specialties featuring the rich abundance of the region prepared simply and presented elegantly.
Responding to market needs, we plan to grow the restaurant with extensions to our line that include take home dinner packages and made fresh that day pre-packaged lunches for delivery, take-out, or on-site dining. The added convenience of prepared ready to server dinner selections prepared by our creative culinary staff is a well-deserved and affordable luxury for our Modesto communities.
